SUBMISSION PROCESS
Please carefully follow these guidelines for submitting your abstracts to ISAR 2026:
- All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the official portal: www.isar2026.in
- Conference registration is mandatory before abstract submission.
- The portal will close on December 15, 2025 - submissions via email or after the deadline will not be accepted.
- The presenting author must personally submit the abstract.
- Each author can submit a maximum of one (1) abstract for ISAR 2026.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Proper formatting ensures your abstract is effectively presented and evaluated. Please adhere to these essential guidelines:
Language & Formatting
- All abstracts must be in English (Times New Roman, font size 12, double-spaced).
- Title: Should be concise and meaningful - avoid abbreviations and excessive capitalization.
- Word limit is 350 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
Blinded Review Policy
- Do not include hospital names, institutions, or locations in the title or abstract body.
- Author details and affiliations must be entered separately on the submission portal.
- Abstracts with identifying information in the main text will be returned for revision.
Important Considerations
- Do NOT include brand names, manufacturer names, references, graphs, figures, or tables.
- Ensure proper spelling and grammar, as abstracts will be published exactly as submitted in the e-abstract book.
- For clinical studies, include appropriate ethics approval information in the methods section.
Well-formatted abstracts have a significantly higher acceptance rate. Take time to polish your submission!
