Cancellation Policy

- Exceptions for Extraordinary Events: In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions), we will review the situation and may consider special accommodations on a case-by-case basis. However, our non-refundable policy will generally still apply.
